How it works

ASSESSMENT INTEGRITY FEATURES

The PsyMetrics Elite Profiling System (EPS) includes the following assessment integrity features to ensure test scores are a true representation of the candidate being evaluated.

Candidates are not able to cut and paste test questions into other windows or browsers in an attempt to use ChatGPT, other AI programs or Google to help them answer questions.
If the candidate clicks outside of the test screen they are presented with an error message.
Each behavioral test includes a candidness scale to identify candidates who may be trying to “fake” the test.
We offer our ID Verify feature that captures the test takers image with every question answered to ensure the integrity of the assessment session.
